We stay here all the time! We absolutely love the owners they have become our friends. My dog loves visiting ( she gets spoiled with a lot of treats) the owners are so kinda and helpful. Love the rooms so cosy! Comfy beds.

I originally booked a 3-day stay here after reading great reviews about the clean, comfortable rooms and the lovely owners — and I ended up extending for another night. I’m so glad I chose this place! The owners, Ray and Audra, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room (105) was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower had excellent water pressure. It was also very quiet — I didn’t hear a sound from the guests next door, which speaks to the great soundproofing. The bed was comfortable, and I chose Room 105 because I loved the look of the bedding and couch from photos I’d seen in earlier reviews. Ray or Audra came by every day to tidy the room and replace my towels. One highlight for my son was when Audra let him play behind the counter — he absolutely loved it! She even left a thoughtful gift bag with Hot Wheels cars and a chocolate bar, which made his day. Check-in and check-out were flexible (we checked in around 2:30 and out around 12:30), and Ray even gave me a better rate than I was originally quoted over the phone. If you’re looking for something affordable, clean, and welcoming, I highly recommend staying here. The personal touches and genuine hospitality make all the difference.

Service was fabulous, very welcoming and certainly would recommend staying here. Room was clean and had everything we needed. First time staying here, we just found it by chance. Recommended a very good place for dinner, that we could walk too.

Wonderful people and service. This places saved our trip! My husband and I were in Collingwood for our 5 year wedding anniversary and when we arrived at the original hotel, they had cancelled our reservation and had no rooms left for us. This, of all weekends, was Labour Day weekend and there were no rooms left in the city. We called The Heidelberg and luckily, they had a room. When we arrived, a little exasperated and stressed from our prior experience, Audra at the front desk was AMAZING. She was so kind, she empathized with our situation and was just a wonderful breath of fresh air. We told her it was our 5 year, and she was even apologetic on the other motels behalf. She noticed we had a bottle of wine in our hands and even came up to our room with nice wine glasses and a bottle opener. We only had about 30 minutes to get ready for our dinner reservation, so when we came down and asked about cabs, she knew we would never make it on time. She didn’t want us to miss our reservation, so she drove us. YES, SHE LITERALLY CLOSED THE FRONT OFFICE AND DROVE US TO DINNER. She and everyone we talked to at the Inn we wonderful. Staying here is a great choice.

The best owners I have ever met. Audra and her family is just so kind and pleasant. Their rate is very genuine and service is very good. Location is very close to other amenities. Rooms are very spacious and have all facilities. Perfect hotel for stay
